Your objective will be to **control and register production and service processes in SAP**, ensuring data accuracy and contributing to the optimization of technical and administrative operational flows. ### **Main responsibilities include:** * Process and register information in **SAP**, ensuring precision and compliance with internal procedures. * Enter and update **project or subcontracting orders**, recording times, materials, and labor. * Coordinate with **warehouse, inventory, and logistics** teams to ensure proper material and product flow. * Issue **tax documents** (delivery notes, invoices, purchase requests, etc.) when required. * Maintain and update **databases** and service area management reports. * **Analyze and optimize operational processes**, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions. * Document and design clear and efficient workflow diagrams. * Support the generation of **control and management reports**, contributing to decision-making. ### **Ideal Profile:** * **Academic background:** Technical or professional degree in administrative, accounting, or related fields. * **Experience:** Previous experience in similar roles (process control, back office, or production) is desirable. * **Technical skills:** * Proficiency in **SAP** (production and procurement modules). * Advanced **Excel** and office tools (Word, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of **Power BI** or reporting systems is desirable. * Familiarity with **tax documents and order management**.
