We are experts in multidisciplinary engineering and risk prevention services and advisory, highlighting our participation in renewable energy projects, with nearly 20 years in the market and international presence in Chile, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Peru, and other countries. Currently, we are seeking an **HSE Technician**, for a wind farm in the assembly phase, located in Los Ángeles, Biobío. **With an estimated duration of 2 to 3 weeks.** **Job Responsibilities:** * Monitor safety and health aspects related to operations associated with the Wind Project. * Ensure compliance with client/employer standards and national legislation. * Supervise and ensure implementation of measures related to safety and health on site. * Coordinate companies and local personnel regarding safety matters, resolve safety incidents and preventive issues, propose improvements in the mentioned areas, review work instructions, coordinate the prevention plan, training activities, etc. * Collaborate in providing training to all site personnel through educational safety and health induction talks, as well as procedures to follow in case of accidents. * Manage and implement the management system to comply with national legislative standards, and adapt formats if required. Likewise, if necessary, implement together with the assigned HSE team the documentation required to support the project. * Daily record of visits, including minimum content such as report of ongoing activities, preventive and corrective actions, photographs, and signature. * Daily site inspections, ensuring compliance with minimum HSE requirements. * Manage subcontractor mobilization to the project (from a preventive standpoint). * Manage, create, and update work permits for project activities according to country-specific requirements, client and employer standards. * Participate in daily briefing meetings regarding site activity scheduling, and prepare with the rest of the team the necessary documentation to allow timely execution of work. * Participate in incident reporting and investigations according to client and employer criteria, always under the country's legal regulations. **What are we looking for in you to join this opportunity?** * Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Technician or Engineer). * Mandatory field HSE experience of at least 3 years in wind component assembly projects (essential). * Valid GWO certification desirable. * Valid driver's license (essential). * Residing in the area is desirable. * Flexibility for schedule changes according to weather and project conditions. **Other Conditions:** * 44-hour weekly work schedule, Monday through Saturday. * Possibility of overtime and schedule changes according to weather and project conditions. * A company vehicle will be assigned for work use.
