A company in the salmon industry is looking for a Center Assistant for a fish farm located near Río Puelo. We are seeking committed individuals with a passion for aquaculture and a desire to contribute to the growth and efficiency of the production center. **Position Objective** Provide direct support to the Center Manager in the productive, operational, and administrative management of the facility, ensuring achievement of established goals and proper functioning of team activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the Center Manager in **administrative, productive, and operational tasks**, especially during their absence. * Participate in the development, execution, and monitoring of the center's **production budgets**. * Assist in the preparation and control of the **expense budget**. * Ensure availability of resources to meet the objectives of the **cultivation center**. * Guarantee the **quality, accuracy, and timeliness** of productive, regulatory, and health-related information at the center. **Requirements** * **Education**: Degree in Aquaculture Engineering, Aquaculture Technician, or Occupational Risk Prevention Technician. * Basic knowledge in applied mathematical and statistical formulation, personnel management, fish health and breeding, cost control, environmental/labor/fishing regulations, and occupational safety and health standards. * Intermediate level in **Office and Excel**. * **Experience** of 1 to 2 years in related roles. **Working Conditions** * **Work Location:** Near Río Puelo. * **Schedule:** 10x7 shift system. * **Salary:** Market competitive. * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term with transition to permanent. **Benefits** * Affiliation with Los Andes Compensation Fund. * Complementary health insurance (permanent contract). * Dental insurance (permanent contract). * Agreements with clinics, optical stores, bookstores, gyms, among others.
