Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards EST San Cristóbal, on behalf of its industrial client in the timber sector located in Cholguán, is looking for a **Packaging Operator** to support the plant's production and logistics processes. The main objective of this position is to ensure the proper execution of packaging processes, contributing to operational continuity and timely product dispatch while strictly adhering to safety, quality, and efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform packaging tasks for finished products according to established procedures. * Assist in preparing products for dispatch, ensuring correct identification and protection. * Inspect the condition of products prior to packaging and report any deviations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support logistics tasks associated with dispatch flow. * Strictly comply with the plant's safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure process continuity. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial plants. * Completed secondary education (desirable). * Availability to work administrative shifts. * Residence in Huepil, Campanario, Yungay, or surrounding areas. **Position Conditions** * Work location: Industrial plant in Cholguán. * Contract type: Project-based, valid until June 30, 2026\. * Work schedule: Shift system * Benefits: * Commuting bus (Huepil, Campanario, Yungay) * On-site meals
