The main objective of this position is to ensure the correct execution of packaging processes, contributing to operational continuity and timely product dispatch, while strictly complying with safety, quality, and efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform packaging tasks for finished products according to established procedures. * Support preparation of products for dispatch, ensuring correct identification and protection. * Inspect product condition prior to packaging, reporting any deviations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Assist with logistics tasks related to dispatch flow. * Strictly comply with the plant’s safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure process continuity. **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial plants. * Completed secondary education (desirable). * Availability to work administrative shifts. * Residency in Huepil, Campanario, Yungay or surrounding areas. **Position Conditions** * Work location: Industrial plant in Cholguán. * Contract type: Project-based, valid until June 30, 2026\. * Working hours: Shift system * Benefits: * Commuter bus (Huépil, Campanario, Yungay) * On-site meals
