We are currently seeking to incorporate an **Administrative Assistant** into our team to support operations in the city of **Nacimiento.** **What Are We Looking For?** We seek a responsible, methodical professional with strong orientation toward order and precision, capable of ensuring the availability, traceability, and quality of operational information. This position is critical to guaranteeing appropriate administrative support for local operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Register, review, and update information in internal systems (ERP, spreadsheets, attendance records, shift schedules, and operational data). * Support the preparation of reports and dashboards for the operations team. * Manage personnel and fleet documentation (licenses, medical examinations, insurance policies, service records, among others). * Maintain physical and digital files organized according to established procedures. * Coordinate administrative and logistical requirements specific to the base. * Provide administrative support to various operational departments. **Position Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably within service-oriented companies or those with field operations. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * ERP system or document management platform experience is desirable. * Residence in Los Ángeles or surrounding areas. * Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to work collaboratively. **What We Offer** * Working schedule from Monday to Friday. * Complementary Health Insurance (voluntary). * Salary payments made on the last business day of each month. * Access to benefits, workshops, and support from the Well-being and Quality of Life department. * Professional development opportunities within a stable and continuously growing company.
