To operationally coordinate the patient journey at the Medical Center in order to ensure a distinctive experience in their care. What will be your main challenges? * Carry out the operational opening of the area, verifying that the necessary staff and operational conditions are available, in order to define contingency plans in case of absenteeism. ? * Ensure patient admission and payment of delivered benefits, with the goal of guaranteeing that patients receive payment according to their health plan. ? * Conduct Debrief meetings at the end of the day's operations, reviewing the day's operations and identifying key learnings to plan the following day's operations at the site. * Coordinate between the Health and Administrative areas, ensuring consistency between supply and demand, in order to safeguard the effectiveness of the patient journey flow throughout the process stages. What requirements must you meet? * 2 to 4 years of professional experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare).
