An important Social Foundation is seeking a **Special Education Teacher** for the PES project at a female residence located in Talcahuano. Position Objective Contribute to the comprehensive development of the resident NNA by providing specialized pedagogical support, socioemotional accompaniment, and school integration strategies. The position aims to strengthen their learning, promote behavioral and emotional regulation, and support their adaptation to the educational and residential environment, acting as a meaningful reference point that supports their well-being, autonomy, and continuity of education. Main Responsibilities **Pedagogical Support and Shadow Tutoring:** Accompany the NNA in their school process, reinforce academic content, assist with homework, and coordinate actions with the PIE team and the educational institution. **Emotional and Behavioral Regulation:** * Provide emotional support, apply co\-regulation strategies, and promote socioemotional skills that enhance well-being and adaptation. **Coordinated Work with Residence and School:** Maintain continuous communication with technical teams, participate in evaluations, and contribute to the implementation of the PES Project according to the NNA's needs. **Position Requirements** * Professional degree in Special Education. * At least 2 years of experience. * Proven experience working with children and adolescents with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and ADHD. * Desired training in Complex Developmental Trauma. * Knowledge of educational inclusion strategies and curriculum adaptations. * Desirable experience in intervention within contexts of rights violations (residences, SENAME/MEJOR NIÑEZ programs, PIE, PPF). * Skill in psychoeducation on personal self-care, sexuality, and bodily boundaries in childhood and adolescence. * Experience in emotional support and management of behavioral crises in educational and/or residential settings. **Position Characteristics** * 40-hour weekly work schedule, Monday through Saturday. * Schedule Monday to Friday from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM, including a 30-minute break. * Saturday schedule from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (no break). * Approximate net salary $1\.070\.000\.\- **Benefits** * Affiliation with **Caja Los Andes** * **Paid time-off policies** * **Bonuses** for National Holidays and Christmas * **And Much More!** We are committed to inclusion, so this opportunity falls under the framework of Labor Inclusion Law N° 21\.015\.
