As a Receptionist, your role will involve welcoming guests, providing them with basic information for full and satisfactory use of the Center's facilities, delivering excellent service to visitors. You will showcase the center and its facilities, attend to existing customers and generate new ones by promoting the various departments, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience from start to finish. **As a Receptionist, your challenges will include**: * Managing passenger check-ins and check-outs. * Handling complaints and claims courteously and discreetly, striving for efficient resolution. * Knowing room availability and existing reservations. * Making room reservations for companies, direct sales, and stay extensions. * Making calls to promote the center and the various activities available. * Acquiring new clients and adding them to our portfolio. * Scheduling visits with clients to show them the center. * Taking notes on pending issues and events to coordinate, reviewing the logbook at shift start. * Informing supervisors of passenger arrivals for baggage transfer. * Resolving incoming phone calls according to area-established rules and procedures. **What do we expect from you?** * Technical academic background * Availability to work Part-Time and night shifts * At least 3 years of experience in the position * Experience in customer service * Knowledge of hospitality * Intermediate level English proficiency * Opera (Icloud) knowledge desirable **What benefits will you find by joining Caja Los Andes?** You will receive additional rest days and discounts at our tourist centers across the country Opportunities for professional development through various training programs 3 administrative days off per year at your discretion A birthday day off so you can celebrate as you wish And more benefits including childcare services, salary adjustments, bonuses, and allowances, among many others.
