The main objective of the position is to coordinate and carry out the restorative process associated with experiences of rights violations that lead to the admission of children and adolescents, participating in the planning, organization, and implementation of activities, both daily routines and those specified in the activity plan, in coordination with the center's team, with the purpose of contributing to the creation of a protective environment for their rights, establishing meaningful relationships, and being present to comprehensively address the daily and domestic needs of the children. We offer a 40-hour workweek with rotating 2 x 2 shifts and an average gross salary of $510,636.
