We are currently seeking a **Document Control Assistant** with **at least two years of experience in similar roles**, to be based in the **city of Concepción**. **JOB MISSION:** Support the document control and official correspondence management of the Concessionary Company, ensuring proper registration, filing, and distribution of documentation—particularly that related to Tax Inspection—according to procedures and guidelines defined by management. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** Review daily the mailbox designated for receiving official notices from the Tax Inspection or other government agencies. Issue acknowledgments of receipt in accordance with previously defined instructions. Forward received correspondence to internal responsible parties as indicated by management. Register and store received official notices in the corresponding control spreadsheet, following management’s instructions. Digitize and archive physical-format documents received. Support and monitor the assignment of sequential codes for official letters, considering internal controls. Verify that letters comply with the defined format and structure. Review whether attached documents match those specified in the letter, verifying that links have no access restrictions for receipt. Dispatch official correspondence from the institutional email account, following defined instructions and deadlines. Archive evidence of dispatch in the corresponding digital folders.
