Join us as our next **Prevention Expert** in **Angol**, and together let's make Chile the country that best protects workers and their families. **What are the job objectives?** Contribute to the prevention of workplace accidents and occupational diseases in assigned companies, fulfilling client-agreed activities while adding value through high-quality, effective, and timely technical advisory services. **What will be your main challenges?** * Conduct periodic activities with executives, company prevention units, and supervisors to apply preventive tools for identifying hazards and risks within the company. * Carry out activities in accordance with the Work Plan agreements with the company, providing recommendations and action plans, verifying and monitoring issued recommendations, and tracking safety performance indicators such as workplace accidents to reduce accident and incident rates and enhance the company’s preventive capacity. * Respond to internal and external requests related to companies’ prevention needs to maintain a fluid and trustworthy relationship with clients. * Identify training needs in prevention matters and deliver training sessions to companies to provide relevant and tailored training services according to each company’s requirements. * Inform and advise clients on implementing current regulations, as well as updates to legal standards through legal alerts issued by Achs, ensuring clients stay informed about new changes in national legal regulations. * Focus on the client’s accident and incident trends to plan Achs resources for executing preventive activities within the project, coordinating with the nationwide Achs Experts Network to report planned activities to the network based on client requirements derived from the Work Plan. **What requirements must you meet?** * Professional Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering or Civil Construction (additionally holding a postgraduate degree in Risk Prevention). * At least 3 years of professional experience. * Availability to travel within Angol. **What benefits will you receive?** * Holiday bonuses, newborn bonus, education bonus, vacation bonus, among others * Cost-of-living adjustment (IPC) * Opportunity to enhance your education through the Employee Scholarship and Continuous Training Program * And multiple benefits focused on your physical, emotional, financial, and social well-being. **How will you work?** * 39 weekly working hours * On-site modality * Travel within Angol. **We invite you to join this challenge!** *At Achs, we are committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
