Position Description Your Counselor Education Services is looking for a **Student Admissions Manager – International Programs** to lead the admission process for students interested in international educational programs. The individual will be responsible for coordinating the admissions team, managing applications, and maintaining a clear and personalized experience for students and families. Key Responsibilities * Lead daily operations of the international admissions department. * Supervise admissions and student counseling teams. * Manage applications, documentation, and candidate follow-up. * Coordinate evaluation processes, interviews, and admissions. * Maintain communication with students, families, and educational institutions. * Coordinate with universities, schools, and international partners. * Monitor conversion rates, response times, application volume, and KPIs. * Keep CRM and admissions systems up to date. * Prepare admissions reports and outcomes for management. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and applicant experience. * Support student recruitment campaigns and activities. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Requirements * Professional degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, International Relations, or related field. * Experience in admissions, international education, student counseling, or educational services. * Experience leading teams or coordinating customer service and admissions processes. * Proficiency in CRM systems, admissions platforms, and digital tools. * Strong Excel and reporting tool skills. * Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. * Ability to work effectively with students, families, and diverse stakeholders. * Empathetic, organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience with international educational programs is desirable.
