A prominent road freight transportation holding company, with over 20 years in the market, is seeking a Human Resources Manager. Proactive candidate with a people-oriented approach to join our team in Viña del Mar. **Position Objective:** Lead the company's human resources management, ensuring legal compliance, managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, selection and hiring, actively proposing improvements and activities related to employee well-being, through to termination processes (calculation and processing of severance agreements). **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide strategic advice to Management on HR regulations, labor legislation, occupational health, and labor relations. * Lead labor relations, representing the company in negotiations and mediations, and acting as liaison with the Labor Directorate. * Develop, implement, and keep updated internal HR policies, including job descriptions and internal regulations. * Supervise and execute the complete payroll process, including input of leaves, allowances, etc., accounting centralization, and payment of statutory deductions. * Foster a respectful, collaborative, and high-performance work environment. **Requirements:** * **Education**: Professional degree in Human Resources or related field. * **Experience**: At least 2 years of proven experience in similar roles. * **Key Soft Skills:** Proactivity and conflict resolution. **Technical Skills (Mandatory):** * Proficiency in ERP Softland. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Google Drive. * Advanced knowledge of Chilean labor regulations. **Working Conditions:** * Location: Administrative office in downtown Viña del Mar. * Working hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs., Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs. * Reports to: Head of Finance.
