We invite you to join Fundación Integra! **Job Functions:** Integra, a non-profit institution that is part of the Network of Foundations of the Presidency and a leader in early childhood education in Chile, with more than 25,000 female and male workers nationwide, seeks: * Position: Early Childhood Educator * Schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:30 hrs. to 17:30 hrs. / Friday: 8:30 to 16:30 hrs. * Childcare Center: Pichi Rayen * Commune: Quilleco * Region: Biobío * Period: 15-day replacement (possibility of extension) **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Lead educational processes for children in coordination with the team, implementing environments conducive to comprehensive development and learning of children through joint work with families and the community. All this within the framework of the institution's Educational Project (PEI), regulations, policies, and national and institutional guidelines, aiming to ensure quality Early Childhood Education focused on full development, a rights-based approach, and the holistic well-being of children. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Guide and promote within their teams the care and maintenance of physical spaces, equipment, and sanitary conditions of the facility, reporting promptly on conditions in order to ensure safe spaces for the holistic well-being of all children and the educational community. * Coordinate together with classroom team(s) the promotion, management, and monitoring of access, enrollment, attendance, retention, and progress of children, managing strategies for early and timely intervention when required. * Lead and implement planning and evaluation of the teaching and learning process for children together with the classroom team(s), in order to foster their full development and holistic well-being. * Communicate and raise necessary alerts to the director or substitute regarding any indicator of potential rights violation or risk situation affecting children, in order to promptly activate corresponding protocols and ensure their well-being. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Professional degree as Early Childhood Educator awarded by a Teachers' College, University, or Professional Institute of Higher Education, recognized by the Ministry of Education. * Desirable one (1) year of experience in a similar position.
