**Location:** Isla de Maipo **Salary:** CLP 800,000 net ️ **Benefit:** Cafeteria **Schedule:** Rotating shifts (A, B, and C) We are seeking a **Machine Room Operator** to join the technical team in the refrigeration department at our cold storage facility located in **Isla de Maipo**. We are looking for a **proactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn** individual, preferably **young**, with technical training or experience in industrial refrigeration. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support refrigeration department tasks under the supervision of the **Technical Manager**. * Monitor refrigeration systems: **cold rooms, pre-cooling tunnels, loading docks**, among others. * Immediately report any malfunctions or situations requiring technical attention. * Measure pallet temperatures during pre-cooling tunnel and maintenance cold room loading. * Maintain temperatures within ranges specified by operational instructions. * Provide general support for refrigeration department and cold storage facility operations as required. ### **Requirements:** * Experience in **cold storage facilities, cold rooms, or similar environments**. * Technical training preferred, e.g., **Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or related field**. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. * Interest in professional development and adaptation to the department (long-term seasonal employment and continuity possible). ### **Rotating Shifts:** **Shift A:** * Monday–Friday: 00:00–08:00 * Saturday: 00:00–07:00 * 30-minute meal break **Shift B:** * Monday–Friday: 08:00–16:00 * Saturday: 07:00–14:00 * 30-minute meal break **Shift C:** * Monday–Friday: 16:00–00:00 * Saturday: 14:00–21:00 * 30-minute meal break * (Shift C is seasonal, with potential for stable continuation.)
