Quality Analyst in the Production Industry Location: City of Los Ángeles Job Description: An expanding company in the City of Los Ángeles is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Quality Analyst to work within its dynamic production process. We seek someone passionate about quality and eager to make a meaningful contribution to the excellence of our products. Requirements: \- Academic Qualification: Technical education at secondary or higher level in fields such as Food Science, Quality Control, Agro-industries, Chemical Analysis, or related disciplines. \- Personal and Professional Skills: Teamwork, analytical ability, self-criticism, willingness for continuous learning and collaboration, and a proactive attitude. \- Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality management systems. Responsibilities: \- Perform analysis, sampling, and control monitoring in production processes (moisture, particle size, pH, Brix, etc.). \- Prepare detailed reports and manage statistical data from performed controls. \- Ensure quality from raw material receipt through to product dispatch. \- Supervise and promote good manufacturing practices, ensuring excellence at every stage of the process. \- Manage environmental monitoring under the HACCP system and other essential protocols. \- Support various production activities, ensuring product quality and safety.
