We are seeking a qualified professional for the **Electromechanical** position at our MMO located in **Nacimiento**. **Description of Key Responsibilities for this Position:** * Execute service requests aimed at maintaining the operational functionality of electromechanical equipment, following instructions and procedures established by direct supervision, using appropriate tools and instruments to identify and/or repair detected defects or faults. * Interpret mechanical drawings and power electrical circuits that define the operation and functioning of systems and equipment. * Operate tools for electromechanical assembly, disassembly, and adjustment. * Operate dimensional measurement equipment to perform precision adjustments. * Operate electrical measurement equipment for diagnosis, control, and adjustment of equipment. * Perform alignment of electromechanical equipment. * Perform equipment lubrication through oil and lubricant replenishment or replacement. * Conduct inspection routes on electromechanical equipment. * Perform disassembly and assembly of electromechanical machines and equipment. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including diagnosis and repair of electromechanical equipment. * Diagnose faults and carry out corresponding repairs. * Conduct studies and analysis of components and spare parts. * Provide technical support and information to the maintenance planning and scheduling department. * Collaborate in identifying root causes of faults and implementing solutions. * Maintain work tools in optimal condition (cleaning, lubrication, and functional testing), ensuring service quality. * Perform activities in an organized and efficient manner, contributing to the proper use, preservation, and cleaning of equipment and facilities under one's responsibility. * Comply with company-established safety, hygiene, discipline, and other regulations, respecting the Internal Regulations and directives from immediate supervision. Clarify any doubts related to such regulations and promote exemplary behavior within the work area. * Understand and apply Valmet’s mission, vision, values, policies, and objectives, considering established standards, instructions, and procedures to ensure quality, occupational safety, environmental protection, and occupational health, contributing to continuous improvement, process optimization, sustainable development, and excellence in service to internal and external customers. * Understand and apply Valmet’s Quality Management System procedures, instructions, and standards, promoting compliance in daily activities to ensure service quality. * Perform other duties related to and inherent in the position, as instructed and required by immediate supervision. **Required Qualifications for Performing These Activities:** * Technical training in industrial maintenance (mechanical technician) or a related field. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, or electrical/electromechanical maintenance in continuous-process industries (e.g., paper, pulp, oil & gas), or similar activities. * Experience in fault analysis (Desirable).
