We are currently seeking a Recruitment and Selection Executive for a summer-term position in the commune of Providencia, working under a hybrid model with a 40-hour weekly schedule. **Main Responsibilities:** * Posting job openings * Resume screening and phone interviews * Administering psychometric assessments * Document review * Conducting mass interviews **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Professional degree in Business Administration (preferably with emphasis in Human Resources), Psychology, or related field * At least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment and/or healthcare staffing (mandatory) * Intermediate Excel skills **We Offer:** * Fixed-term contract * Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 18:15 | Friday 08:30 to 13:30 * Hybrid work model (3x2) * Meal provision on days present at the workplace Join the challenge!
