What will your role be? Monitor frequency, punctuality, and service quality according to company-defined guidelines. Manage on-site bus dispatch and driver shift changes efficiently, ensuring adherence to the on-site schedule as well as the condition of buses. Receive and classify buses at parking yards to monitor fleet status and ensure orderly dispatch the following day. Key responsibilities: \-Guarantee correct departure of buses from the autonomous unit, considering punctuality, validation, and efficiency, while verifying that buses are properly equipped (courtesy signs and Mobitec systems). \-Record whether driving staff comply with assigned timeframes for various routes within their shifts (departure and arrival). \-Inform driving staff of departure times and assigned services so they can follow instructions accordingly. \-Provide on-site support for special operational plans requested by authorities, including required route diversions. Requirements: \-Completed secondary education and/or equivalent experience for this position (logistics, administration, customer service).
