Your challenges will be: * Monitor compliance with all tasks assigned by regulations to the Security department, supporting merchandise controls and gap management. * Manage and prepare all legal documentation required by the Security department. * Monitor all activities mandated by the Company’s higher-level authorities, such as audits, fixed asset controls, merchandise receiving controls, store openings and closings, cash register operations, among others. * Monitor all activities, fixed assets, and personnel that may affect store operations or harm our customers, and report relevant incidents to the appropriate authorities. * Plan guard shift schedules to comply with current labor legislation and internal company policies.
