If you share our bold mindset of being the best in our class, we want you with us \#wewantyouIN. **Your Future Role** * Participate in the design, development, and integration of applications incorporating AI/ML-driven functionalities and language models (LLMs). * Drive the adoption of new technologies related to generative AI, cloud services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, MCP), and integrations that deliver value to digital business. * Be responsible for the ML model and AI application lifecycle (design, training, fine\-tuning, deployment, monitoring, and automated retraining). * Develop and maintain pipelines and CI/CD for automated model and code deployment, including versioning. * Lead best practices in ML/AI development and provide coaching to other team members. * Participate in data modeling, preparation, and feature engineering for model training, applying ETL techniques, feature stores, and data optimization. * Develop proof-of-concepts with LLMs, RAG systems, and AI MVPs to validate business use cases within tight timelines. * Manage and optimize cloud resources for ML (Docker, APIs), ensuring cost efficiency and performance. * Implement model monitoring systems, drift detection, and performance alerts in production. * Keep technical documentation of models, experiments, and ML architectures up to date in collaborative repositories. * Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI technical solutions. * Provide technical support during AI demos and customer presentations when required. **Your Profile** * Professional degree in Engineering Sciences such as Electrical, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Mechanical, Data Engineering, or related field. * At least 4\-6 years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering with a focus on production (Required). * ML/Statistics Fundamentals: Strong background in applied statistics, predictive modeling (supervised/unsupervised), time series, and analysis of structured/unstructured data. * Advanced Python (Required): Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn, Statsmodels for statistical analysis and data preparation. * Deep Learning and LLMs: PyTorch/TensorFlow, Transformers, hands-on experience with LLM fine\-tuning and RAG systems. * Development and Production: Django/Flask for ML APIs, LangChain for LLM applications, development of intelligent agents and conversational systems. * Databases: Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL), experience with TimescaleDB or Influx for time series, vector databases for embeddings. * MLOps and Deployment: Git, Azure DevOps/AWS CodePipeline, CI/CD for ML models, Docker, model containerization. * Cloud ML: Azure ML/AWS SageMaker, cloud AI services, scalable deployment, cost optimization. * Visualization and Analytics: Tableau/Power BI for business reporting. * Conversational English.
