A recognized JUNAEB supplier company requires hiring a Supervisor for School and Childcare Services whose objective will be to manage and coordinate activities to ensure continuity of the contracted service. This role will operate across various locations in the Biobío Region Functions: * Manage contracts using best practices. * Manage human resources within the contracts. * Supervise the duties and activities of assigned personnel. * Perform administrative management (reports, invoice-purchase control, sales guides, orders, stock control, financial statements). * Analyze and conduct daily monitoring of input costs. * Verify that implementation at facilities complies with the quantity, quality, and timeliness established in awarded contracts. * Coordinate special events. * Train staff on-site on regulations, procedures, and recordkeeping according to operations and procedures manuals. * Maintain warehouse inventory control and report surpluses or available products.
