AT IACC, WE ARE SEEKING A RE-ENROLLMENT ADVISOR RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE ADMINISTRATIVE VALIDITY OF OUR STUDENTS TO FACILITATE CONTINUITY IN THEIR STUDIES THROUGH PROCESSES RELATED TO RENEWING EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENTS. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct the re-enrollment process for current students (renewal of scholarships, proposals, and contracts). * Manage accounts receivable via telephone calls and email. * Enroll students who need to be readmitted or reintegrated. * Recover students who have been dropped or withdrawn (restore validity through reintegration or readmission processes). * Address student financial inquiries, requests, and concerns. * Process administrative changes related to program transfers and payment plans. * Request issuance of credit notes in cases involving changes to payment plans or program transfers. * Inform students with outstanding balances of the steps required to complete their contract renewal. * Process regularization of CAE student contracts. **Requirements:** * Technical or professional degree. * One year of experience in customer service/commercial roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Intermediate Excel skills.
