Job Summary: We are seeking a route salesperson to visit customers, perform picking, and deliver Ideal Bimbo products. Key Highlights: 1. Route salesperson with assigned vehicle for Ideal Bimbo products 2. Performs picking and delivery of goods, ensuring proper customer receipt 3. Candidates with prior experience as drivers, delivery personnel, or warehouse assistants are welcome to apply Brief overview of the offer: Location: Los Andes Net salary: $700\.000 \+ 150\.000 performance bonus or KPI achievement bonus (achieving 98% of sales targets) Company-provided vehicle for route duties Working hours: Monday to Saturday (start time: 07:00; end time depends on route) (Art. 22\) Responsibilities: * Visit all customers / points of sale on your assigned route using the company-provided vehicle to sell Ideal Bimbo products * Perform picking inside the vehicle according to each point of sale’s order * Deliver goods and ensure proper customer receipt. **If you have prior experience as a driver, delivery person, or warehouse assistant, you may also apply for this position.** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Both sides of national ID card (required to verify nationality – visa type and ID validity, as these are strict eligibility criteria for participation in the process) * Certificate of completed secondary education * Valid Class B driver’s license (both sides), held for at least two years * Permanent residency visa, if foreign national * Driver’s resume (must not list traffic violations; however, minor infractions may be addressed with recruiter assistance) * Criminal record certificate * Updated CV * Mandatory driving test on the same day as the interview * Must not have previously worked at Bimbo or participated in prior interviews...
