At **Mindco**, we are seeking a **Maintenance Engineer** to participate in the execution and control of corporate initiatives related to critical maintenance, management of critical spare parts, and the plant services model. Professionals will collaborate closely with divisional and corporate maintenance teams to achieve defined strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop work plans to implement initiatives from the Corporate Maintenance Directorate. * Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate standards (SOMA, Major Maintenance Standard). * Coordinate divisional technical meetings and lead workshops to identify process improvements. * Ensure robustness of management indicators (SAP PM/MM). * Actively participate in divisional maintenance meetings and critical maintenance reviews (P0\+12\). **Requirements:** * Degree in **Industrial Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Professional Engineer degree).** * Preferred: **5 years of verifiable experience** in industrial maintenance within the mining industry. * Proficiency in **SAP PM** at planner level, or equivalent experience in materials planning (applicable only to critical spare parts management). * Desired experience in multi-client projects. * Strong collaborative work skills and ability to deploy on-site. * Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
