If you are passionate about process management and want to be part of a dynamic team, we invite you to join us! ### **What will you do during your internship?** * Ensure stock accuracy in warehouses (refrigerated, dry, and frozen) to guarantee ingredient availability. * Maintain reliable records using SAP to support logistics management. * Reduce inventory discrepancies through physical verification versus Excel spreadsheet reconciliation, improving traceability. * Ensure proper receipt, entry, and internal movement of goods to prevent stockouts and overstocking. * Contribute to FEFO (First Expired, First Out) control and appropriate product rotation. * Optimize internal warehouse operations by efficiently distributing workloads. * Foster leadership and team management skills to ensure operational continuity during shifts. * Maintain a safe and orderly workplace through supervision, organization, and cleanliness. * Ensure accurate and timely order preparation (picking) to supply stores without errors. * Improve logistics management through reporting and monitoring of operational KPIs. * Contribute to shift planning, ensuring adequate operational coverage. * Ensure efficient dispatch to stores through proper route planning. * Optimize vehicle utilization by planning loads according to capacity and constraints. * Improve dispatch punctuality and reliability through GPS-based fleet monitoring. * Maintain operational continuity through constant coordination with transportation providers. * Generate logistics reports to enhance analysis, traceability, and decision-making. ### **What we require from you:** * Academic background in technical or professional programs related to **Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation Engineering, International Trade, or related fields**. * Basic knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, transportation, and distribution. * Proficiency in computer tools, especially **Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management software** (preferred). * Analytical ability and organizational skills, with a focus on process efficiency. * Communication and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment to completing assigned tasks. ### **What we offer you:** * **Paid internship** * A **dynamic environment**, with real opportunities for **learning and growth** This is your chance to launch your career with a great team!
