You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and completeness of property and building information, and supporting, when required, the optimization and control of area processes and KPIs. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure completeness of information and efficient processes, either through direct research or coordination with other areas * Search for and enter Rol numbers for units. * Review and update customer numbers, surface areas, and GGCC integrations. * Monitor indicators of information completeness required for management (e.g., number of customers, Rol number, integrations, etc.). * Monitor and control the vacant payments module for proper payment management (OP-level and Building-level check/uncheck). * Consolidate and verify correct entry of unit and building data extracted from the external Kizeo form. * Monitor and control duplication of Units or Buildings for proper management. * Ensure completeness, monitoring, review of photos and critical information for units, and their publication. * Monitor the 360 Control Panel to review the quality of reserved properties. * Control and update Unit Ops area KPIs. * Assist in preparing KPI reports and area presentations. * Analyze tenant turnover times and propose process improvements. * Support data consolidation and correction of information in the system. * Implement specific projects to improve internal process efficiency and effectiveness. * Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. ### **What do you need to apply?** * Proven prior experience in management control and process analysis (ideally within the real estate sector). * Intermediate/advanced Excel and digital management tool skills. * Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and handling large volumes of data. * Ability to coordinate and lead process improvement projects. ### **What we offer you** * A dynamic environment with an innovative team focused on continuous learning. * Benefits such as **extra vacation days**, **complementary insurance co-payment**, **annual IPC-based adjustment**, **company performance bonus**, and much more. ### **Requirements for internal applicants** * Must have worked at Assetplan for **at least one year** * Must demonstrate **strong performance and KPI compliance** * **Cannot be reassigned to positions with lower compensation.** * Send an email to the internal recruitment mailbox with your CV attached and the position applied for stated in the subject line
