**Role Description** The primary responsibility of the **Mechanical Technician II** is to perform high-quality maintenance and repairs on Scania products. This law promotes the employment inclusion of persons with disabilities at Scania, ensuring they have the same employment opportunities as everyone else. **Education and Experience** * **Academic Qualification:** Technician/Engineer in Automotive Mechanics or related fields, with specialization in heavy vehicles. * **Work Experience:** At least 3 years of prior experience in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair, including diagnosis of complex faults. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy vehicle systems; use of information technology (diagnostic software); and knowledge of Scania products and services. * **Training Requirements:** Completion of 100% of the Basic Training Curriculum and at least 75% of the Intermediate Training Curriculum. * **Exclusive Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of tenure at Scania; productivity over the last 3 months: 85%; efficiency: 90%.
