### **Job Title** Field Service Technician – Medical Equipment – Concepción, CHI ### **Job Description** **Field Service Technician – Medical Imaging Equipment – Concepción, CHI** Field Service Technicians provide technical support to Philips customers, delivering installation, maintenance, and Health Tech services for equipment, maximizing customer satisfaction. **Your role:** * On-site technical support for multimodal medical imaging equipment (X-ray, angiography, computed tomography, and magnetic resonance imaging) – monitoring and management of the installed base. • Understand customer needs, identify root causes, and contribute to solutions. • Collaborate with other Field Service Technicians and stakeholders. • Keep all administrative tasks up to date and prepare technical reports. • Willingness to work overtime when required and during alternative shifts (Article 22). Willingness to travel **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.** **You’re the ideal candidate if:** * Experience in the biomedical engineering environment, ideally with at least one year of experience maintaining medical imaging equipment. * Electronic/Electrical Engineer or Technician (minimum 4 years), Biomedical Engineer, or related field. • Intermediate level of English (reading, speaking, and listening comprehension) • Residency in Concepción, Chile. Willingness to travel is essential. • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **How we work together** We believe we make a greater impact together than apart.
