We have extensive experience and a team of professionals focused on service excellence. **Position Description:** We are currently seeking a **Higher Technician or Computer Engineer / Systems Engineer** to join our **Change Control team**, responsible for ensuring proper management, tracking, and documentation of technological changes within a financial sector company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the complete change control lifecycle within banking platforms. * Validate, register, and document change requests (RFCs). * Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure correct implementation. * Monitor change windows and track related incidents. * Generate reports and maintain the change matrix up to date. * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal controls, and best practices (ITIL). **Requirements:** * Higher Technician or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience in change control, IT support, or process management in banking (desirable). * Knowledge of **ITIL**, incident management, and configuration management. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar. * Analytical skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. **Valued Skills:** * Experience in the financial or technology sector. * ITIL certification (not mandatory). * Strong documentation skills and effective communication abilities.
