We are seeking Merchandisers for a major mass-consumption client operating in supermarkets—proactive and committed individuals to join our team. Position Purpose: To ensure optimal product presentation, restocking, and promotion at assigned points of sale (POS), guaranteeing that these reflect the interests and standards of the brands represented by the client. This role is critical to maximizing product visibility and accessibility, thereby driving product turnover and sales. Key Responsibilities: • Execute restocking at each assigned point of sale with excellence, safeguarding the interests of the client’s represented brands. • Ensure proper product display and positioning within the assigned POS. • Restock all client products according to the current restocking protocol; implement changes requested by supervisors; and carry out promotional activities (e.g., banding, additional displays, others). Mandatory Requirements: • Minimum one year of experience as a shelf stocker or merchandiser (ideally in supermarkets). • Immediate availability to work during the specified schedule. • Safety shoes required for immediate access to the sales floor.
