**Mission:** The person responsible for this position will be in charge of the proper administration and governance of the back\-end for the Hubs Marketplaces platform active at the regional level. Acting as a Key\-user of the system and providing support to internal teams in developing integrations, implementing improvements, executing centralizations and automations for commercial campaigns, pricing, promotions, coupons, and offering comprehensive support across LatAm. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing the “Hubs” marketplace tools in order to directly assist teams and stakeholders as needed. **Main Responsibilities:** * Backend governance for regional “hubs marketplaces” platforms (Multivende, Pluggto) across all countries in the region. * Maintenance and updating of active user profiles in each of the production and staging environments. * Regional-level administration of tools. * Coordination and execution of automatic discounts and promotional coupons associated with activations and commercial campaigns. * Validation, activation, and maintenance of commercial campaigns on the platform in coordination with the e\-wholesale teams in each country. * Installation of new marketplace accounts and customized improvements according to the project roadmaps managed for the area. * Monitoring of incidents and opportunities for improvement in platform administration. * Optimization and management of the navigation tree for our brands on the platform to ensure correct display on each marketplace, based on UX team studies. * Responsibility for the operational maintenance of systems and applications, working closely with the corresponding support teams. ***This job opportunity is governed by Law N° 21\.015, which promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce.***
