The selected candidate will support food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintenance of hygiene standards during service—exclusively for the communes of: Talca, San Clemente, and Constitución. Main Responsibilities: Preparation of ingredients (washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping food). Assistance with basic preparations such as sauces, side dishes, salads, and simple desserts. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Receiving and organizing products from suppliers. Assisting with plating during service. Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Requirements: Casino experience Ability to work in a team and under pressure. A quick, organized individual with attention to detail.
