Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Operator to perform equipment and sensor operations, maintenance, and calibration in the region, ensuring their proper functionality and connectivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform equipment and sensor operations, maintenance, and calibration. 2. Timely resolution of technical failures and emergencies. 3. Ensure station connectivity during each site visit. Algoritmos, an environmental solutions company based in Talca, is currently seeking a Field Operator. Job Description: Carry out activities related to the operation, maintenance, and calibration of equipment and sensors deployed in the region. Conduct weekly inspections or calibrations as per the schedule. Retrieve and review data collected from each monitoring station. Generate all records associated with field visits. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field equipment and sensors. Promptly resolve technical failures and emergencies occurring within the assigned area. Submit samples to the laboratory within the required timeframes. Ensure station connectivity during each site visit. Requirements: Electronic or Electrical Technician or Engineer, Environmental Technician or Engineer, or related field. At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
