Manage purchase orders and procurement At Holding Grupo Firma, we are looking for a Logistics and Procurement Assistant for our Lubricenter, responsible for supporting daily operations, inventory management, and coordinating necessary supplies for proper workshop operation. Requirements: Education in Mechanics (technical secondary, higher technical, or related mechanical field). Basic knowledge of spare parts, lubricants, and automotive components. Ability to work in an organized and methodical manner. Strong communication and coordination skills. Prior experience in logistics or the automotive industry is desirable. Main Responsibilities: Receiving and storing supplies, spare parts, and lubricants. Inventory control, recording, and updating. Preparing and delivering materials to mechanics. Assisting in the management of purchase orders and procurement. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the warehouse area. Other tasks related to the logistical operation of the Lubricenter.
