LET’S BUILD TOGETHER THE PRESENT AND FUTURE OF VIGATEC AND ITS CLIENTS. **Job Mission:** Your role is to ensure continuity of IT services, resolve incidents, support users, and improve processes for stable operations. **Job Functions:** **Your responsibilities in this position will be:** 1\. Register, analyze, and manage incidents and problems using IT service management systems (ticketing tool). 2\. Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of problems within the Development Submanagement. 3\. Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to resolve critical incidents. 4\. Document operational procedures, configurations, and solutions to facilitate problem resolution and team knowledge sharing. 5\. Participate in continuous improvement projects, software updates, and application migrations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption for users. 6\. Provide assistance to internal and external customers. 7\. Deliver training to internal and external customers. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Civil Informatics, or related field. 3 years of experience in similar positions.
