This position is critical to ensuring technical, regulatory, and operational compliance during the construction of high-voltage substations and their coordination with the **National Electrical Coordinator (CEN)**. What are we looking for? **Academic Qualifications:** Civil Electrical Engineer Civil Engineer in Civil Works Required Experience **General Experience:** More than **20 years of demonstrable experience** in construction projects for **high-voltage substations above 110 kV**. **Specific Experience:** Proven experience working with the **National Electrical Coordinator (CEN)**. Proficiency in all CEN platforms (mandatory). Full-time, exclusive dedication to the project. Availability to join the team **3 months prior to the start of on-site construction work**.
