Responsibilities * Carry out food production tasks in the kitchen area and follow hygiene regulations for product preparation; * Perform preliminary operations for food preparation; cleaning, washing, chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, sieving fruits, vegetables, meats, milk and derivatives, cereals, flours and legumes and ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of regular or special meals, including food preparation and cooking. * Work in hot kitchen, cold kitchen and pastry areas. * Assemble and serve food to patients and staff, distribute food to rooms and dining areas according to the type of diet regimen and daily schedule determined. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience working in intrahospital food handling. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective feeding. * Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work 6x1 rotating shifts.
