




Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of the production process, performing tasks such as equipment preparation, parameter monitoring, and compliance with hygiene and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure continuous operation of the production process 2. Monitor parameters and promptly report deviations 3. Comply with hygiene, food safety, and occupational safety standards **Responsibilities:** \* Ensure continuous operation of the production process by preparing and adjusting equipment according to established procedures. \* Perform tasks including dosing, portioning, packaging, ingredient preparation, line feeding, and supporting storage operations. \* Monitor operational and CCP parameters, and promptly record and report deviations, failures, or risks. \* Comply with hygiene, food safety, occupational safety, and quality standards, maintaining order, cleanliness, and sanitation of the area and equipment. \* Conduct basic maintenance and sanitation, and support additional tasks as needed. \* Coordinate with the work team, follow instructions from the coordinator, and communicate job-related requirements. \* Participate in training required by operations. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Training on hygiene protocols. * A positive work environment. * **Schedule:** * Rotating shifts (Morning \- Afternoon \- Night) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $700\.000 \- $780\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
