Position Summary: Guide, advise, and meet customer requirements in import operations, monitor customs clearances, and coordinate logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer orientation and guidance for import operations 2. Tracking of maritime, air, and land shipments 3. Coordination of cargo pickup and delivery **Job Description** ---------------------- Continuously guide, advise, and meet customer requirements in import operations. Initiate import customs clearances with their respective numbers and customs destinations; receive and review shipping documentation according to customs regulations; track clearance acceptance and payment; monitor maritime, air, and land shipments with designated carriers; inform and coordinate with transport providers as required for cargo pickup and subsequent delivery to the customer, among other duties. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Higher Technical Degree in International Trade or related field * Minimum 3 years’ experience in international trade * Experience working at a customs brokerage agency This position is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
