We are seeking a Collections Risk Analyst for our store located in Quilicura, who can effectively monitor and manage credit and collections risk, ensuring proper administration of credit lines, insurance policies, and judicial proceedings—thereby contributing to financial stability and reduced delinquency in line with Construmart’s standards. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and update delinquency, Dicom, and loss-of-coverage risk reports by consolidating data from SAP, Equifax, and insurance companies. * Manage credit and collections processes: monitor credit lines, payment agreements, extensions, and due-date follow-ups. * Administer insurance policies and claims: collect required documentation, request policy extensions, and execute insurers’ instructions. * Create, expand, and modify customer records in SAP, ensuring proper segmentation and accurate commercial assignment. * Coordinate pre-judicial and judicial collections: assign cases to external attorneys, record entries in SAP, and track legal proceedings. * Monitor guarantee invoices, mortgages, contracts, and related documents; manage protested checks and special agreements. * Support operational procedures and authorizations to mitigate risks and facilitate portfolio recovery. Requirements: * Degree in Finance Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in credit, collections, or financial risk areas. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and hands-on SAP experience. * Knowledge of judicial collections and insurance processes. * Availability for hybrid work (Head Office/Remote).
