We are seeking a Programming Engineer whose mission is to design and implement the operational planning for the Operational Units across the various zones of the Distribution Operations Management team in the Metropolitan Region, evaluating key indicators, saturation levels, and potential inconsistencies—aiming to anticipate deviations, generate timely alerts, and propose improvements that ensure plan compliance, aligned with the quality and service standards defined by Management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design the operational planning for the Operational Units of the Distribution Operations Management team in the Metropolitan Region, ensuring timely execution and alignment with department-defined guidelines. * Develop, analyze, and evaluate scheduling indicators to monitor plan performance and ensure timely internal control across involved departments. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational planning by analyzing capabilities, gaps, and necessary adjustments according to demand evolution—ensuring continuous plan updates and adherence to service standards defined by Management. **At Chilexpress, we value diversity and inclusion.** This recruitment process is open to **persons with disabilities**, in accordance with Law No. 21.015.
