This role will be responsible for leading strategic projects within the area that generate profitability for the company, both in the short and long term. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Project Planning * Define objectives, stages, and necessary resources for executing projects under their responsibility, aligned with corporate strategy. * Evaluate projects technically, economically, and strategically. * Apply work methodologies that minimize execution time and costs. 2\. Activity Coordination * Lead and coordinate tasks with various stakeholders involved. * Ensure proper project execution in collaboration with associated departments. * Resolve contingencies arising during implementation. 3\. Project Control * Monitor compliance with activities regarding deadlines, methods, and allocated resources. 4\. Risk Management * Identify potential risks and variables with high uncertainty. * Design contingency plans to mitigate identified risks. **Requirements:** Professional degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mining, Industrial Engineering or related field.
