The main challenge involves integrating various disciplines to establish action plans that drive key performance indicators, maximizing efficiency in project execution. **Job Responsibilities:** * Plan, monitor, and control project progress in relation to scope, budget, schedule, and project metrics. * Control and report on discipline progress, propose improvement opportunities, and coordinate activities with other departments. * Report project deviations and performance, monitor action plans, and implement corrective measures when necessary. * Focus on interpreting project schedules and curves. * Participate in client meetings, supporting the Project Manager and project team. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineer, or Civil Constructor * 9 to 12 years of experience. * Broad general and specific knowledge of the specialty. * Project planning, control, and management. * Global project vision. * Expertise in measuring management indicators (KPIs). * Proficient Primavera user. * Mastery of EAC calculations. * Forecast calculation. * Deviation monitoring and detection. * Budget and financial control.
