If you are motivated by analysis, optimization, and data-driven decision-making, this challenge is for you.  Job Mission Ensure national-level control, analysis, and continuous improvement of operations through indicator management, process standardization, and proper use of operational systems, while also serving as the Key User for the Operations area—ensuring data quality and technological adoption across the organization.  What will you do in this role? Analyze technical and operational data (fleet availability, OTIF, maintenance, costs, KPIs). Identify deviations and generate improvement proposals to optimize operations. Design and implement process improvements, workflow enhancements, and operational capability upgrades. Assess and forecast technical staffing needs based on demand and productivity. Serve as Key User for systems (ERP, SAP, monitoring platforms). Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, logistics, and planning teams.  What we are looking for Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or data analysis. Experience in sectors such as power generation, mining, industrial manufacturing, or technical services. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Qlik, or similar). Knowledge of equipment maintenance (preferably generator sets).
