Positive work environment MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR – FOOD INDUSTRY A prominent food industry company is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the technical team and ensure operational continuity of the plant. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities Lead a team of technicians (electrical and mechanical) Monitor compliance with maintenance plans Manage resources, spare parts, and execution timelines Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Support continuous improvement and process optimization Requirements: Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Experience supervising maintenance teams Knowledge of industrial electricity and/or mechanics Proficiency in maintenance planning Prior experience in the food industry is desirable Familiarity with safety standards We Offer: Job stability Professional development Positive work environment. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Professional Institute / Technical Training Center 4 years of experience Skills: Preventive maintenance, Maintenance supervision Driver's License: B Keywords: maintenance, conservacion, conservation, mantenimiento, permanent, fijo
