We are now seeking a **Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR)** to join our sales team. This person will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities—supporting both outbound prospecting and inbound lead development—and collaborating directly with the sales team to drive Betterfly’s growth. **What will you do?** * Identify new commercial opportunities through various channels. * Qualify and nurture leads generated via inbound strategies, ensuring their progression through the sales funnel. * Research and analyze industries, segments, and buyer personas to generate high-quality prospects. * Proactively contact prospects, present Betterfly’s value proposition, and generate initial interest. * Understand potential customers’ needs and align them with our solutions. * Identify referral opportunities within our existing customer base. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies and close deals. * Ensure the quality of generated leads, focusing on their conversion potential and low churn risk. * Maintain and update detailed records of prospect interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. * Produce periodic reports on business development activities’ progress and results. **What are we looking for?** * At least 1 year of experience in similar roles such as SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or call center. * Academic background in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields. * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Results-oriented mindset, autonomy, and strong prioritization skills. * Proficiency with digital tools; familiarity with Excel and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). * Experience in technology, services, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or software companies is desirable. * Proactive attitude, organizational discipline, and commitment to continuous improvement. **Why choose Betterfly?** Because you’ll have the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing organization that challenges you daily to become your best self—and one committed to making a positive impact on people’s lives.
