Job Summary: A leading logistics company is seeking a Control Engineer to support the operational implementation of the Crime Prevention Model, identification and monitoring of internal controls, and preparation of reports. Develop and implement control policies. * Full-time position * Engineer * Metropolitan Region of Santiago * San Bernardo Sitrans, a prominent national logistics company, is seeking a Control Engineer for its Internal Audit Department. **Job Objectives:** Support the operational implementation of the Crime Prevention Model (CPM), identification and monitoring of internal controls, and report preparation using data analysis tools; act as the technical reference for internal control and compliance matters to ensure traceability of critical processes and regulatory compliance of the company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement control policies. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and verify compliance with regulations. * Coordinate the implementation and oversight of the Crime Prevention Model and the Ethics Management System, including system updates, maintenance of control evidence, and follow-up on findings across various company departments. * Conduct risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities in operational processes and propose mitigation measures. * Identify and monitor findings or gaps detected in established controls or procedures. * Prepare reports on the status of internal controls and compliance, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management. * Comply with company-established standards regarding Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Supply Chain Security. * Evaluate and monitor corporate controls related to regulatory compliance and risk management. * Support the monitoring and follow-up of controls, action plans, and indicators related to HSE and corporate risk management. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Required Knowledge:** * Accounting * Advanced Excel * Management Indicators * Database Management * Power BI * Management Systems **Education:** * Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Preferred: roles related to internal control, risk management, process analysis, or management control. * No experience required * Minimum education level: University degree * Graduated * Civil Engineering * Business Engineering
