Collaborate in improving processes and equipment efficiency A prominent company operating in the field of food waste processing and recycling is seeking an electromechanical assistant for the commune of Buin, with availability to perform work both on-site and at warehouses using the company's vehicle. Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment at the recycling plant, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with safety and quality standards. * Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and adjustments on the plant's electrical and mechanical systems. * Implement preventive maintenance plans for industrial machinery. * Promptly address and resolve malfunctions to minimize downtime. * Collaborate with the operations department to improve processes and equipment efficiency. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and housekeeping regulations. **Conditions:** Schedule: Must be available to cover rotating shifts Rotating schedule (Morning shift \- Afternoon shift \- Night shift) **Other Conditions:** Net Salary: Between $700\.000 and $710\.000 CLP. Fixed-term contract, with possibility of conversion to indefinite-term based on performance evaluation. Induction is provided, and job responsibilities are demonstrated continuously. Uniforms are provided. Meal allowance is provided. **Requirements:** Experience in the field or in mechanical and electrical roles (both experiences required). Valid driver's license in good standing. Preferably reside in the aforementioned commune or nearby areas. Less than one year of experience in the stated position.
