In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing process improvements through automation and data analysis, aiming to optimize operational efficiency, strengthen management control, and support decision-making within the Administration and Procurement areas. The professional will play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, developing automated solutions, and generating insights that drive digital transformation and operational excellence across the business. Design and implement process improvements focused on operational efficiency, standardization, and operational quality. Analyze existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities through automation and data utilization. Collect, structure, and analyze data to generate relevant information supporting business decision-making. Develop automation solutions to reduce manual tasks and minimize operational errors. Design and manage dashboards and management indicators to ensure visibility, control, and performance tracking of processes. Monitor process KPIs to ensure goal attainment and detect deviations, proposing corrective actions. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and ensure proper implementation of improvement initiatives. Document processes and standardize procedures to ensure correct execution and scalability. Participate in and/or lead continuous improvement and digital transformation projects within the organization. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment of initiatives with business objectives. **Requirements** University degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of general work experience, including at least 1 year in process-related roles, continuous improvement, analytics, or automation. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, ensuring capability in analysis, reporting, and information management.
